Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto employs more than 50 waste management professionals. Our employees stay with us for a long time, and no wonder. Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto is not only a workplace but also a close-knit team of people who share the same values.

We appreciate education and work experience, but we know from experience that school does not teach you everything. For this reason, instead of only emphasising qualifications, we also look for the right attitude and character.

Our workplace also has a Recreation Commission, which regularly organises various excursions and activities. After a workday, we also sometimes go to the theatre or play badminton as group, for example.

Are you interested in a summer job or internship related to circular economy?

Each year, Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto recruits several students in the environmental field and others interested in the area for summer jobs and internships. We also provide students with topics for theses and opportunities to participate in various collaboration projects.

Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto currently employs ten or so environmental designers and bioeconomy engineers, and we are constantly in need of new skilled employees as our operations grow.
